Full Team: You have a full team and want to register everyone at once and receive the full team discount. (Click the link above)

Team Captain: You have a team, but want to allow all your friends/players to register individually. 

Team Player: You are joining a team already created by a captain.

Small Group: You have a handful of players you want to keep together, but not technically a full team. 

Free Gent/Lone Wolf: You are coming in solo to meet a bunch of awesome people and be placed on a team.
